Manage and coordinate all communications, marketing and promotional activities of a fast-paced, national, registered Canadian charity. This position requires extensive work with project partners and members of senior staff including the President & CEO.Main responsibilities include: Production and distribution of press releases and other news announcements; coordination of TIRF’s annual fundraising campaign; revision of internal and external materials to ensure adherence to the organization’s brand; develop and maintain relationships with other like-minded groups; management and development of TIRF’s host of websites; development and execution of education programs including website, marketing plan, and partnership development; monitor online and offline metrics to determine organization reach, potential sponsors, and pressing issues in road safety to include in calls to action and RFPs; production of a quarterly newsletter; and, design, production and dissemination of electronic and print publications.Additional responsibilities: Press calls, event photography; conference and event coordination including sponsorship, marketing and on-site support; stakeholder relations including government, media, sister organizations and the public; assist in the development of research surveys; and, management of the organization’s social media platforms including video production.
