Managed the Organic Certification of a 20,000 square foot greenhouse. Acted as liaison between the greenhouse and our five on-site farm-to-table kitchens. Managed and delivered produce orders for our own kitchens, as well as off-site restaurants. Managed seed list and inventory, sowed seeds weekly, transplanted seedlings to beds, and kept detailed lists of all plants, seeds and rotations of such. Wrote and implemented organization charts and logs to easily keep records of all greenhouse and produce activity. Wrote and implemented SOP's for the Greenhouse Department. Researched and purchased new and interesting varieties of produce for our fine dining kitchens to use on their menu. Managed weekly farm stand, where we sold our overstock of produce. Worked closely under Greenhouse Director to design and construct new types of growing mediums, such as waterfall and stacked hydroponics systems, raised and stacked beds.

Welcomed all guests, answered questions and made suggestions regarding outdoor equipment and gear. Acted as a concierge for the area, provided maps, directions, suggestions for vacation activities. Personal shopper for new and frequent clients. Used my sales expertise to increase sales and revenue. Cleaned and organized all areas of the store. Set up store front and window displays, made artwork and signage to increase traffic and sales. Conducted inventory audits and data entry. Performed all areas of the retail position.

As the sole assistant in this office, I performed all actions necessary to keep the office running on time and smoothly each day. This included, but was not limited to: opening, setting up, and closing the clinic daily, to meet the needs of each scheduled appointment. Performed set up, broke down, cleaned and sterilized all equipment and operating rooms before and after every patient/procedure. Assisted the doctor with all operations, cleanings, procedures. Kept inventory and supply stock well organized at all times. Recorded detailed clinical notes for each patient file before, during and after each appointment. As a trained and certified x-ray technician, I performed x-rays for all patients, as needed. Performed hygiene appointments for minors. Kept clinic inventory, and placed weekly orders for supplies.

Managed a team of 12-15 housekeepers and provided white-glove cleaning and turnover services during the summer seasons at this luxury fly-fishing guest ranch. Set up and maintained staff cabins and common areas for incoming employees during shoulder seasons. Scheduled, hired and managed the housekeeping staff. Made all areas of the ranch perfect for incoming guests at this high-end guest ranch. Received and executed special requests from guests anytime necessary. Performed seasonal opening/closing and maintenance of all cabins and common areas of the ranch bi-annually.
