As CCML's Compliance Officer, I am responsible for the design, development and management of both Federal and State NMTC regulatory and program compliance at CCML. Essentially a regulatory wizard, still waiting for my cape (any color but gray please).When I am not busy reviewing policies and procedures or bugging people to follow them, you’ll find me advising senior management on deployment strategy and the ever-evolving NMTC program. I can be found monitoring, collecting and compiling reporting data or learning more about what makes a job a Good Job. You might even find me going down rabbit holes with colleagues, or better yet, helping them find their way out of them.I have great trust and a deep respect for all my fellow CCML'er and that is one of the many parts that makes my job a Good Job.
