Who am I?As part of a young team of compressed air advisors, bringing my technical and commercial knowledge from my time in the office, to the customer’s installation. This means a lot more learning is required still; sitting down face to-face with our customers, helping them with their challenges, finding solutions that take every aspect into consideration such as energy consumption, product quality, system efficiency. In the end, I don’t see myself as sales, but a dedicated professional in customer care.What drives me?I am a keen learner and a patient teacher. With my communication skills in English, Dutch and French, I love to brainstorm on a strategic level and with my operational skills, I am a valuable all-rounder for any B2B company who believes in the personal touch and not just a typical sales pitch.What do I do?I strengthen our current customer loyalty and develop new relationships, all the while keeping the customer’s best interest at heart. I excel when I can brainstorm with customers and their challenges and I love to ask questions to learn more about their processes and their needs.Where am I from?At the age of 18 my family emigrated to the Netherlands. Culture shock? No way! The best thing they could have done! After learning French in college, I quickly picked up the Dutch language, which brought me straight into the working environment at a young age.What have I accomplished?From there, it's been onward and upward, from running my own company as an independent entrepeneur, and through this, gaining valuable B2B and B2C experience, which was my first taste of marketing. I learned that enthousiasm and passion can get you further than just a diploma. With my determination and communication skills I was a key player in developing marketing activities and I was one of the original founders of the shopkeepers' association. Where am I now?I have the tools, experience and knowledge as well as a positively-driven commercial instinct to carry me in good stead as I head outside and talk with our customers on a more tchnical level.
