As an Academic Advisor for the College of Engineering at the University of Alabama in Huntsville (UAH), I provide guidance and support to engineering students on their academic and career goals. I have a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Systems Engineering from UAH, where I learned how to optimize processes, systems, and resources in various settings. I also have a passion for forest ecology and leadership, which I developed during my seasonal work as a Park Ranger for the U.S. Forest Service. There, I assisted visitors and participated in conservation projects. Additionally, I gained valuable engineering experience as an intern at Thermal Corporation, where I helped design and test heat transfer equipment. I have strong skills in public speaking, problem-solving, and teamwork, and I enjoy helping others succeed in their academic and professional journeys. My mission is to inspire and empower the next generation of engineers to innovate and create solutions for the challenges of today and tomorrow.
