Together with amazing colleagues at the Netlight office in Berlin, I am building a sustainable office with outstanding talents, strong client relations and top quality consulting services and deliveries. During my journey, we have grown the office from 20 to 120 people and have shaped a strong ability to navigating unknowns in a rapidly changing market.

In the role of Delivery- and Engagement Coach, I am enhancing the delivery of other colleagues, as part of Netlight's delivery model to bring our collective knowledge into every client engagement. This setup has also enabled me to gain experience and knowledge, beyond my own engagements.

As a mentor I work with the employment lifecycle and personal development of my mentees. Growing people is a big passion of mine, which makes mentoring one of the most meaningful parts of my work.
