As an MBA, leader, and brand-builder, I've worked with startups, Fortune 500s, and everything in between. I deliver consulting services internationally – having lived throughout the world in recent years – delivering tight brand strategy development as well as the construction of mutually beneficial, ROI-driven partnerships. I look for creative ways to drive growth in everything I do and love the process of helping organizations understand their core value propositions so they can most effectively communicate with their full range of stakeholders. In recent years I've applied my growth strategy expertise to organizations that are using technology or innovation to create novel solutions or address pressing issues, working or advising on a range of projects across Web3/metaverse, tech, and healthcare/psychedelics. Current examples include Co-Founding an impact DAO that identifies and funds projects from all corners of the globe that are addressing global threats, and Filament Health, the world’s first exclusively natural psychedelic drug discovery company.Prior to starting my consulting practice, I honed my leadership skills as an executive team member for Gibbons, one of Canada's largest hospitality groups, leading organizational strategy development as well marketing and business development activity for the group’s masterbrand and 14 distinct businesses. I built some from the ground up, as well as spearheaded communications around Timbercreek Lodge, the NBC Bravo (USA) reality show featuring the organization. I've managed a corporate partnership portfolio valued at $50MM including iconic, global brands for the Pan Am Games, the second biggest sporting event in the world. I authored the first-ever nationwide Community Investment strategy for the Wealth Management division of RBC, Canada’s largest bank, while also acting on the organization’s national and global partnership interests. I've represented brands, event properties, and athletes on the Business Development team at IMG, while concurrently pursuing my full-time MBA from the Schulich School of Business, one of the world’s top-ranked international MBA programs.I have robust experience in the event space, having built, managed, and produced 100+ live and/or televised events. My passion for sports and events is tied to my time spent as a highly-competitive athlete, including 4 years as a Division 1 University scholarship softball player.
