Lead the comprehensive financial planning and analysis activities of $700M operating & capital budget. Advise Senior Leadership on all aspects of financial strategy and performance. Created a robust endowment management process which enabled the College to effectively track and utilize endowment funds for operational and strategic initiatives. Enhanced and streamlined process for gathering departmental budgets, increasing accuracy of consolidated budget while providing departments with appropriate funding levels to improve academic programs and student experience.

Reviewed, monitored and analyzed financial results and trends to ensure accurate and timely budgeting and forecasting deliverables. Performed detailed assessments of performance and prepared reports to identify and explain variances. Led several special projects focused on areas of process improvement, including recommending methods to increase efficiency and reduce complexity. Effectively implemented a simplified process for annual budget development, and streamlined the budgeting and forecasting analysis process through multiple template enhancements and process changes.

Collaborated with multiple program leaders and executives to develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and tailored KPI reports to track and measure project goal achievement for $50M program. Participated in proposal development, conducted detailed scenario analysis, and provided staffing recommendations to optimize resource allocation and profitability. Conducted in‐depth profitability and cost analysis of existing programs, identifying multiple levers for improvement which resulted in increased Gross Margin.

Responsible for managing account‐level revenue forecasting and analysis activities for $130M client with over 100 contracts. Developed and presented monthly financial reports and scorecard presentations for senior leadership team. Lead the proposal pricing team, collaborating with program directors and senior leaders on complex proposal development. Coordinated program compliance initiatives, lead best practice reviews, and conducted financial compliance training. Developed project value metrics, KPI scorecards, and documented program quality measurement guidelines.
