- Reporting directly to the HR Manager and Country Manager;- Actively involved in the A-to-Z recruitment and selection processes by preparing job descriptions, conducting interviews, and presenting job proposals;- Co-manage all People processes (from onboarding to payroll processing), as well as support for Accounting (e.g. invoicing) and Legal (e.g. contract management);- Identification of training needs, development and implementation of the training plan;- Advisor and go-to Person for all people matters for +30 employees;- Development of annual performance cycle;- HR initiatives such as internship programs, team building and incentives;

Community Service, as an extension of the Faculty of Psychology at UL, provides specialized psychology services (for the community in general) in coordination with the research and training activities of the faculty.Main responsabilities:- Accurately diagnose organizational issues, develop solutions and implement action plans- Project manager of the pay plan (that successfully grew x5 in four months, making an additional 50k)- Reporting directly to the COO- Manage the schedule of 40+ psychologists, available rooms and sessions slots- Point of contact inside the organization, my mission was to keep everyone happy and optimize internal communications- Payroll Process- Customer Service
