Administrative Officer
Current- Serve as the Administrative department manager, overseeing the Administration, Human Resources, and Finance & Accounting teams
- Advise the management and Executive team on all administrative, personnel, financial, and legal priorities and provide effective guidance for the resolution of all issues
- Analyze and evaluate overall function and efficiency levels for the operations of the Administrative department
- Serve as the point of contact and liaison for administrative, HR, accounting, IT, and legal matters, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all areas
- Utilize automated HR system to assist with processing HR actions and compile information and reports
- Manage and oversee the success of all HR processes, including recruitment, hiring, payroll, and staffing
