Administrative Officer
Current• Serve as the Administrative department manager, overseeing the Administration, Human Resources, and Finance & Accounting teams• Advise the management and Executive team on all administrative, personnel, financial, and legal priorities and provide effective guidance for the resolution of all issues• Analyze and evaluate overall function and efficiency levels for the operations of the Administrative department• Serve as the point of contact and liaison for administrative, HR, accounting, IT, and legal matters, ensuring confidentiality and professionalism in all areas• Utilize automated HR system to assist with processing HR actions and compile information and reports• Manage and oversee the success of all HR processes, including recruitment, hiring, payroll, and staffing • Manage and oversee the success of all accounting processes, including financial reporting, budget management, and client invoicing• Manage and oversee the success of all administrative processes, including company record keeping, meeting facilitation, and platform management
