- Enhanced a custom embedded Linux distribution to expand hardware support; used the Yocto Project toolset to support these hardware changes from the software side using C and Bash- Configured processor cards with compatible hardware to perform formal testing of firmware (BIOS/UEFI) and a Linux Board Support Package (BSP)

- Tested 6500 T-Series and Packet Transport System (PTS) software upgrades, and used Jira for reporting failures- Developed automated health monitoring tools to ease the process of retrieving information from logs for these upgrades using Python
