About Sara Harrup

Hi! I’m Sara.🧠 I’m a proud auDHDer. For most of my life, I flew under the radar because I was smart and really good at masking. I aimed low for years, thinking I didn’t deserve to aim high. I knew I was different, but I focused on what I struggled with instead of what I could bring to the table.Over time, I started to understand myself in a new way. I leaned into my strengths, learned to navigate my challenges, and built a successful career as a CEO, Board Chair, Non-Executive Director, and Coach.💡 What I Do:I work with neurodivergent professionals—diagnosed or not—helping them rediscover their strengths, navigate tough environments, and thrive in demanding roles. My clients include:✨Governance professionals like Board Directors and Chairs.✨Senior Executives & CEOs✨Entrepreneurs & Small Business ownersI understand how high-pressure roles can ask a lot of our brains. My mission is to help professionals like you embrace how you’re wired, manage the challenges, and unlock your full potential in environments that may not always be built for you.🧮 For Leaders and Boards:I teach leaders and Boards how to harness the unique strengths of neurodivergent and unconventional thinkers. Through training and advisory support for neuroinclusive workplace design, I help organizations unlock cognitive diversity, improve decision-making, and create cultures where everyone can thrive.🎤 How I Share My Insights:Through keynote speeches, online events, and social media, I share actionable insights on:✨Neuroinclusive leadership ✨The power of cognitive diversity in decision-making.✨Supporting neurodivergent professionals to succeed.💃🕺 Who I Work With:I’m here for the late bloomers, the before-their-timers, and the professionals and organizations that are ready to understand themselves better so they can bring their best to the world. I work with people of all neurotypes. 🌟 Why Work With Me?I am a gifted facilitator and have the ability to understand people's workplaces quickly. People often describe my coaching style as empathetic, grounded, and impactful. I balance care and challenge, creating spaces where:✨ You feel safe to be your authentic self.✨ Growth feels achievable, not overwhelming.✨ You can engage with your full potential in new and meaningful ways. This combination of emotional honesty and accountability sets me apart.
