Performed front-end engineering design of all temporary facilities, utilities and services supporting a peak construction population of over 4,000 personnel during the construction management of approximately $12 billion liquid natural gas (LNG) plant located in Onslow, Australia. Responsible for preparing request for proposal (RFP) documents for all construction facilities and evaluating bid proposals. Wrote the Temporary Facilities and Services Execution Plan, which detailed all work planning from mobilization to demobilization of construction, subcontractors, vendors and client personnel. Ongoing optimization of temporary facility design and construction by contributing to Six Sigma process improvement project (PIP).

Served in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) and Construction Management (CM) roles for $1.7 billion project expanding a copper mine in the Chilean Andes. Managed the earthworks subcontract, which included blasting operations and excavation of 8.4 million cubic yards of rock from site located 11,155 feet above sea level. Directed two mass concrete pours, each exceeding 4,320 cubic yards and requiring coordination of field engineering and third-party testing coverage for over a 24-hour period.

Responsible for structural field engineering on a 25,600 metric ton structural steel installation for a $1.25 billion aluminum smelter at a remote location in Iceland. Developed and approved rigging plans and calculations, designs and structural calculations of custom rigging components and field verification of safe rigging activities. Monitored and inspected installation of rebar, formwork, anchor bolt placement, pipe sleeves, and embedded metal items prior to all pours in the carbon areas.

Survey assistant and/or carpenter apprentice at all three US stations in McMurdo, South Pole, and Palmer Stations for two winter fly-in through summer and one winter over seasons.
