Oversee firm training & development needs. Including administration of the firm's LMS, creation of learning modules, new hire orientation and management of HR policies. Work with management to develop department level trainings that adhere to the firm's vision and core values. Other HR duties include: criminal background check, credit check and onboarding of new hires.

Manage all incoming client audit requests. Coordinate all onsite client audits; including management of schedules, account reviews, ensuring documents are gathered and properly organized for the client. Conduct root cause analysis to help management determine the proper course for remediation. Complete quality control audits of remediation responses.

Oversee and manage a team of 30+ Collectors, including performance monitoring. Provide customer service to consumers on escalated calls. Developed and maintain client specific training programs. Read, interpret and implement all client directives as they pertain to the Collection Department, including creating and updating department SOP’s.

Work files per client SOP, answer inbound client calls, work the diary to ensure all codes are addressed and up to date, prepare reports for clients internally and externally, track client progress as it pertains to the collection goal. Learn the default and contested litigation processes as well as have an understanding of CLS code flow for all departments. Train new team members and identify areas of imporvement for my team and our department as a whole.
