I am a part time student working toward my Diploma in Business Administrative Assistant and then will be continuing my education towards my Bachelors Degree with a graduation date of 2016. I have volunteered my time for many organizations utlilizing my learned skills such as customer service, phone ettiquette and business communications, among a few. I am currently waitressing part time and although this isn't the exact field that I am going to college for I believe it gives me various degrees of experience with the skills and education I am learning because I am constantly interacting with customers in person and on the phone, as well as interacting with internal customers such as my co workers and managers.I am quality-focused, organized and committed to approaching administrative tasks with tenacity and attention to detail. Through my education I have an extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word Processor and PowerPoint. I go above and beyond basic tasks and take on multiple projects at once. I have an excellent work ethic and strength in boosting company morale. My work history helps me to bring interpersonal skills and customer service expertise, as well as being effective in multi-tasking and a customer orientated personality. I am excited to finish my education and utilize what I have learned in the field. I believe that I will be a great addition and asset to any company because I am a quick learner, hard worker and a positive person.
