Working in a central role as part of the renewable energy project team throughout the projects' life cycle; both in solar parks, onshore wind parks as well as battery energy storage systems. Tasks include, among other things:- making sure that the requirements of the different types of land use agreements are being realized- staying in touch with various stakeholders in order to make sure that the agreements are up-to-date in our system- handling all sorts of documentation related actions, e.g. postal service

Administrative tasks in new building including, among other things:- foundation of new housing cooperatives as well as real estate companies- composition of contracts concerning the ground, such as, agreement to divide the possession between joint owners and organisation of easements- processes related to different project formats (right-of-occupancy dwelling, leased apartments, sheltered accomodation and owner-occupied housing)- funding, including inter alia, tendering out banks and taking care of mortgages- co-operation with different types of stakeholders, such as, the Housing Fund of Finland (ARA), National Land Survey, MuniFin as well as various commercial banks, and the Finnish Patent and Registration Office.
