• Scheduling the work load for engineers and drivers• Chasing up ETA’s• Liaising with other departments to ensure that work is completed on target• Updating system information on CBS and Silo (In house system) • Creating purchase orders and invoices• I was responsible for my own account (Murphys) And ensuring that all deliveries and installs went according to plan, and the updating of each install • Running a non conformance report weekly• Working with all Microsoft packages• Ensuring machines are finalized by the warehouse staff before the scheduled delivery date• Arranging installs with customers• Diary Management• General duties such as arranging hire vehicles for engineers in the event of a break down• Creating delivery notes and relocations notes• Zoning return equipment• Liaising closely with the sales department to ensure all installations run smoothly
