My responsibilities included conducting reviews for compliance and providing analysis andfeedback on areas of opportunity/exposure; ensuring campus compliance with all state andfederal aid guidelines; reviewing exception requests and escalating issues for campus staff;developing supplemental training to financial aid advisors; developing and implementingpolicies and procedures for all staff; instituting and managing an “ask policy” mailboxaddressing staff questions and researching student issues; and reconciling accounts forgraduate and withdrawn students.Upon leaving Harrison College, we had just obtained our most successful audit to date,yielding less than 5 citations. My performance evaluations consistently received highmarks.

My key responsibilities in helping Chase transition into the student loan market wereassisting school financial aid offices regarding disbursement error resolutions; developingand writing procedures manual; developing training materials; evaluating staff membersfor quality control; reviewing documents for accuracy during the underwriting process.My biggest accomplishment in my role at Chase was developing the procedure manual. Atthe time, the division was brand new to student loans and was struggling to understand theprocess and how it was different from traditional auto loans.

My responsibilities included managing employees across multiple states while maintainingthe highest quality in the division; implementing training courses for new employees andrefresher training for existing staff; developing guidelines for evaluating staff; consistentlyexceeding expectations in achieving company’s set goals; leading special event andcharitable giving committee; delivering high customer service in a call center environment;and maintaining budget.My highest achievements in this performance based organization were consistently beingranked in the top 20% personally, and departmentally reaching a quality rate of 98%.
