Managed a team of 6 massage therapists and estheticians at this pristine prenatal-focused holistic retreat. Learned about various management styles, POS systems and scheduling software. Managed the implementation of the electronic client information database, including the transfer of thousands of clients' information from paper to software.Trained massage therapists in prenatal and deep tissue massage therapies. Saw up to 25 clients a week for prenatal massage, deep tissue massage, orthopedic massage and spa therapies such as body scrubs, facials and wraps. Taught private birth education classes focusing on comfort measures for labor.
