As an Inventory Manager, I was responsible for overseeing the stock levels and inventory management processes for five brands within the Business Unit I was assigned to. My duties included:*Manage the stock levels of 5 brands associated with the Business Unit that I was assigned to (Aprox 1000 SKU)*Support in the creation and refinement of the demand forecasts for each brand*Generate the purchase forecast for each brand and place purchase orders to both China and Non-China suppliers*Follow up on incoming shipments with the suppliers and the Supply Chain Team (End to end)*Manage the stock of the brands in the active sales channels and their fulfillment*Follow-up on the status of the stock that each brand has in its 3PL

As a Procurement Coordinator, my role was to manage the raw materials replenishment process for two kitchenware factories (plastics and aluminum) and ensure their availability according to factory needs. I also supported the Sales and Operations Planning process, implemented effective inventory management policies, and assisted in the disposal of obsolete components. Additionally, I was responsible for maintaining relationships with global suppliers in countries such as Colombia, the United States, Mexico, Chile, Brazil, Italy, India, and China. The raw materials I oversaw included aluminum, polymers, glass components, and packaging (Aprox. 1500 SKU).
