Associate Director in the Equity and Incentives team within the Cardiff Centre of Excellence ("COE"). Responsible for leading, developing and growing the Cardiff team. Liaising with senior Reward stakeholders, and identifying further work which can be delivered from the "COE" as part of our continued drive to streamline processes, deliver efficiencies and free up time and resource across the National Practice. The main responsibilities of the role include people management and development, recruitment, and workflow/project management. Prior to this role within Deloitte I was an Employment tax adviser working with a wide variety of private and public sector organisations. Specialisms include, PAYE and employment tax audits, payroll due diligence and operation reviews, HMRC disclosures, salary sacrifice arrangements, termination payments, employment status and intermediaries advice.
