• Lead the execution of country training calendar and offer for both Leadership and Competence development, contributing to the evaluation of development needs together with stakeholders across the organisation and the identification of the most suitable training solutions, as well as supporting its implementation;• Follow-up and assessment of training implementation and results, promoting awareness of Leadership and Competence development within organisation and across functions;• Lead the localisation of frameworks, approaches and processes in order to ensure successful implementation at the country level;• Collaborate closely with competence specialists to ensure that the development needs translate to learning curriculum, and with other functions to develop country specific solutions;• Implement digital tools and systems that can support an efficient and accurate Competence management process and Performance cycle;• Facilitation of People & Culture themed trainings (e.g., Leadership).

• Development and implementation of employability program, supporting the establishment of a strategy and goals, defining the program's structure and contents and ways of working with stakeholders;• Build partnerships with NGOs, local authorities and other external partners to establish strong relationships, gain deeper understanding of Refugees' context and needs in Portuguese reality, identify candidates for the program and maintain flow of communication and support throughout and beyond the program lifecycle;• Manage the complete recruitment cycle for the program, from vacancy opening in connection with social partners to integration of the participants at unit level;• Project management, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from planning to evaluation, tracking milestones and managing resources and relationship with both internal and external stakeholders;• Advocate for the program, both internally and externally, raising awareness about Refugees' integration and reaching out to other companies to share good practices.

• Drive the complete recruitment process from vacancy posting, applications review, phone screens, interviews, candidate shortlisting, alignment with Hiring Manager, proposal elaboration to the candidates' preboarding in the organization;• Partner with Hiring Managers/Teams to gain understanding of positions, team structure and dynamic;• Foster and manage relations with stakeholders involved in recruitment process within the country organisation;• Management of Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with Super user responsibilities in order to implement and drive engagement with new functionalities within the team, seeking improvements in the process and tools;• Drive and support the implementation of assessments for Leadership programs as well as for higher volume recruitment needs.
