- Defines, plans and controls a management system to create an integrated environmental, health and safety culture (e.g., organizational policies, systems and procedures, leadership style, and commitment to safety and sustainability).- Ensures that environmental & safety policy and procedure are comply, efficient, available and updated at all times.- Ensures compliance with all environmental, health and safety regulations, and keeps abreast of any changes to laws and regulations that impact the organization. - Defines the operational plan implementing performance indicators and process control;- Evaluates the performance of the implemented measures and develop and implement continuous improvement actions.
