As the C.M.O. for Lakelaw I take sole responsibility for all areas of marketing, including sales, customer experience, public policy, media relations, promotion, web and electronic services and maintaining a monthly calculation of return on investment.

I joined Lakelaw in 2005 after graduating from Waukegan High School. At this time, my primary role was entry level support staff. After two short years I left Lakelaw to attend Western Illinois University, where I then majored in Law Enforcement - Justice Administration and Sociology.In October 2009, I returned to Lakelaw as our Communications Coordinator. I am the initial point of contact for Lakelaw and assists our attorneys in the scheduling of Initial consultations, bankruptcy document preparation and general staff support. I am currently enrolled in the Paralegal Studies Program at The College of Lake County and will be a certified Paralegal in December 2011.
