Full life cycle recruiting for all positions at Avanceon:• Create, develop and screen candidate pool• Establish and maintain relationships with key candidate sources• Leverage business skills and communication to set up for future and current staffing needs• Develop and leverage a documentation system to track and secure candidates.• HR Quality Assurance process• Maintain HR policies and procedures to keep up with laws, standards, and government regulations• Employee relations• Onboarding of new employees into corporate culture• Documenting and tracking EEO compliance• Write and maintain Annual Performance Evaluations, Job Descriptions, and Job Advertisements • Oversee regular engineering compliance audits of projects are being completed• Make recommendations for continuous improvement and/or corrective actions based on witnessed issues, situations, and trends• Perform corporate document management (document templates, policies, SOPs, standards, etc)
