I am an Independent Consultant with 30 years experience of working in the public sector. I have an excellent understanding of how public services operate in particular, central and local government. I have significant experience of working with professionals at all levels and from a range of statutory and voluntary organisations. I have the ability to assimilate and understand legislation and policy and locally translate this into effective action and delivery on the ground. I have been instrumental in developing successful partnerships which have led to sustainable reductions in crime which has been formally recognised by the Home Office. I have led the integration of a number of partnership working arrangements including leading the development and implementation of three of the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hubs across the West Midlands. I operated at director level within Coventry City Council and have a proven track record of applying my leadership and management skills to transform services and improve outcomes for individuals and local communities.
