In May 2022, I graduated from Wilkes University with an undergraduate degree in communication studies. My concentrations included strategic communications, broadcast production, multimedia journalism, and rhetorical studies. My time at Wilkes was positive and transformative.I benefited from numerous work-related experiences during my college career. I served as a content marketing intern for the digital marketing company LSEO.com, producing blogs and SEO content for various clients to optimize search results. I also did scriptwriting for the PEAK, a lifestyle program produced by ASR Media and airing on 69 WFMZ-TV. I held a social media internship for studio BE, a mindfulness company focused on digital wellness programming. Most recently, I served as an intern at tecBRIDGE, a company dedicated to innovation and entrepreneurship. I assisted with their annual Business Plan Competitions at both the high school and collegiate level, had a hand in content creation for their podcast, and was involved in special events.For the past two years, I also served as a Scholar of Communications at the Allan P. Kirby Center for Free Enterprise and Entrepreneurship. In this role, I managed the center’s social media account and worked with scholars from other disciplines. Together, we developed marketing for local clients throughout Wilkes-Barre to enhance their business presence. In my senior year, I took on the position of the Executive Director of Zebra Communications, a student-run public relations agency, giving me experience in leadership and event planning.Currently, I am the Communications Coordinator in the Office of Institutional Advancement at Cedar Crest College. While working at Cedar Crest, I am pursuing my Master’s in Business Administration in Women's Leadership. I look forward to applying my multi-faceted communications skills to the world of business and marketing.
