I am Risk Analyst at Bank of Ireland, where I provide excellent customer service and support to banking clients, and mentor and train new hires. I have a keen attention to detail, communication, and multi-tasking skills, which enable me to handle complex queries and issues with efficiency and professionalism. I have also contributed to increasing customer satisfaction and retention rates by delivering timely and accurate solutions and feedback. I am proficient in resolving risk events and complaints and also looking after ordering systems for new hires. Adherence and attendance are also part of my day to day role.In addition to my current role, I am pursuing my bachelor's degree in law at Faculty Of Law Osijek Croatia, where I am learning about the legal aspects of various fields and sectors. I have a strong interest in digital marketing and social media, and I have completed a course in digital marketing from Digital Marketing Academy of Ireland. I enjoy creating digital art in my free time and I aspire to develop my expertise and knowledge in this domain. I am looking forward to learning more and growing in my role and career.
