As a lab technician I have been trained on: Bacterial cell culture, slide preparation and staining (simple and Gram), PCR and gel electrophoresis, DNA extraction from cell culture, restriction enzymes, plasmids, and cloning, Eukaryotic cell culture, Standard curve generation, titration, Knowledge of cGMPs and SOPs, Sterile technique, Documentation procedures, Instrumentation (balance, pipettes, micropipettes, centrifuge, pH meter, microscopes), Stoichiometry, average and standard error, excel data tables and graphs.
