Senior Engineer responsible for effective provisioning, installation / configuration, operation, and maintenance of system hardware and software and related infrastructure. Installation of new / existing servers and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage in accordance with the project scope and the clients specified requirements. Responsible for conducting technical assessments to inventory the network infrastructure and make recommendations to improve the overall IT infrastructure. In the more recent months this has been assisting with clients to provision their system in the Cloud. A notable example is taking an existing Exchange 2013 implementation and building out a new Domain AD structure, provisioning the Office 365 tenant, configuring AAD Connect, then migrating all workstations/users/data into the new AD. This included a number of new application servers along the way, all new VM’s on new ESXi host architecture. Along with the migration to Office 365 as well.

Responsible for managing user requests and troubleshooting issues. Responsible for the implementation and management of all servers for the CIT department. Responsible for active directory management for the CIT department. Responsible for managing files and folders stored on the CIT department NAS. Provided application support for Citrix, VMware, Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint, and Adobe CS3/CS4 applications. Image building and image deployment for the CIT department workstations was completed using Symantec Ghost imaging solution & Clonezilla.

This was an internship used for course credit for one semester. Responsible for the creation and implementation of the Disaster Recovery plan. Responsible for disaster recovery mitigation and FEMA requirement implementation. Responsible for communicating to all of the responsible parties and effectively assigning roles and responsibilities. Created forms and procedures for the township in the event of a disaster and a step-by-step instruction base booklet to hand to all of the employees.

This was an internship used for course credit for one semester. Responsible for creating scripts to simplify the data retrieval process and produce meaningful output from the Enterprise PBS server. Submitted re-design for the RCAC website with additional HTML/JavaScript functionality for accordion menus. Compiled the most frequently occurring issues in the RT ticketing system and created a collection of frequently asked questions to be posted on the RCAC website.
