About Sara Stone
My name is Sara, I am a passionate Health and wellness coach where my life purpose is to help individuals heal holistically in a all aspects of life; spiritually, physically, and mentally. After my sister recovered from cancer back in 2015, I embarked on a research journey of holistic healing that led me to the health coaching program which I got certified in 2018 from the Health Coach Institute. After completing the certification, I took clients privately and helped them transform their health. In 2020 my husband was diagnosed with cancer, since then I shifted my entire focus on my husband’s healing and recovery journey and helped him transform his lifestyle completely. Thankfully he reversed the cancer growth from a 10cm long tumor back to a non-cancerous polyp by alternative and holistic health practices. Now that he’s better I am ready to get back out there and share the knowledge I’ve gained with the world and help many more live healthier.
