Manager of joint use for the cooperative, muni and IOU markets across the country. This role oversees the field data collection teams, make ready design through QC and deliverable to the client. The oversight covers make-ready permitting, fiber design, along with contract review and negotiations between the pole owner and the attached.

Researching and identifying new market opportunities; Networking and developing new contacts; Generating leads; Meeting with clients and building a positive relationship with existing and potential clients; Developing plans, forecasting sales targets and growth projections; Understanding client's needs and creating a process plan to achieve those needs; Developing quotes, pricing, bid responses for various project leads; Managing interactions with all levels within the clients organization; Ensuring the delivered project is in line with the scope, schedule and budget of what was agreed upon with the client.

• Lead project teams and manage projects with varying complexity, magnitude, volume and impact• Ensure all financial, scheduling, contract and communications expectations of the Client, Company and other Stakeholders are met.• Monitor and control Scope, Schedule & Budget for every project• Preserve contract files• Assist with invoicing and billing• Ensure the project’s budget is monitored, met and within margin• Develop and maintain relationships with clients• Negotiate new contracts for TRC• Create proposals for all new work for the Distribution Group in the Southeastern United States• Complete License Registrations and applications• Storm restoration project coordination• Kick off meetings (both internal and external)• Reporting of the project to all stakeholders
