I am responsible for co-facilitation of an evidence-based parent training program contracted through the Tacoma DSHS with Youth for Christ. This program is developmentally based training for parents working through the process of receiving their children back into their care and comprehensive training to provide foundation basics in parenting practices.

I am responsible for coordination of programs designed to empower youth to stay in school and achieve in life. These programs include reading and math tutoring, food and school supply resource programs, and other assessments of needs as determined by on-site school team and CISP Board. My role provides students with academic development and resource coordination, as well as volunteer management.

I am currently responsible for packaging electronics, and assisting with product quality assurance.

Mentor first grade student in reading and comprehension. Assist student with homework and engage student in fun reading experiences.

Assist with general hospitality of program for women and men who are currently struggling with homelessness. Work specifically with women in program, providing a safe and comfortable atmosphere.

Coordination with the professional staff to develop after-school Boy Scout programing in the local community resources such as Boys & Girls clubs. Responsible for hiring program leaders, maintaining program budget, and coordinating with the professional staff to enhance program development.

Assisted in the development of fundraising events in support of the campaign. Additionally, assisted with general office and volunteer support.

I am involved in volunteer coordination, social net-working, maintenance of our contacts, and other office duties. I assist the candidate with office duties, events and other planning.

Assisted with photography sessions, responsible for sales of sessions taken and consistently met monthly sales goals. Trained for studio management in sales, photography and customer retention.

Responsible for leading new student orientation groups and general campus outreach to incoming students. Involved with campus-wide orientation sessions, new student retention and student-specific engagement programs. Worked specifically with a designated group of incoming students to provide support and resource referrals throughout their incoming year.
