Planned and implemented several different tracks of outreach activities to all University constituents: faculty, staff, and students. Chaired interdepartmental committee in charge of faculty outreach initiatives and worked with many groups to provide transparency of Information Technology Services department to many groups across campus.

Planned and implemented 10 academic workshops for Project Bamboo, a grant-funded international consortium of digital humanities researchers. Managed on-site, day-to-day operations of workshops for 80-150 people in six different cities in the U.S. and France. Prepared and managed $30K budget relating to workshops.
