-During this immersive service internship designed by the Notre Dame Center for Social Concerns, I worked with a Catholic parish (La Parroquia Inmaculada Concepción) and nonprofit created for immigrants to Chile (Bienvenido Hermano Foundation) in one of the poorest parts of Santiago, Chile for two months in a fully Spanish-speaking environment-Some duties included: providing legal services for immigrants to Chile, leading activities and workshops at an after school program, and engaging in homelessness outreach

- Elected to two-year term on general BOD and Executive/Governance Subcommittee- Participated in three to four Board meetings per month and discussed wide-ranging topics, including budget, mission, educational programs, and management oversight- Worked with other Board Members to manage loss of 200-year-old primary barn to 2021 fire
