I carried out international accompaniment to human rights defenders and grassroots organizations focused on human rights, as a function of protection so that they could carry out their work in peace. It included context and conflict analysis prior to fieldwork as well as strategic advocacy for their causes. Further my position included planning and evaluation of the project, writing reports on activities and results as well as managing social media.

The position was connected to the third Committee which treats human rights, social issues and humanitarian affairs. The internship included covering and reporting from relevant meetings at the UN and assisting in the counseling and reporting from various UN- conferences, for example the Commission on the Status of Women

Managing the office administration of the local association of Save the Children in Lund. Organizing events, and coordinating the different projects of the association. Organizing and attending board meetings. Project leader of a project focused on asylum seeking children in transit.
