Hello! 👋🏼I'm Sara, a Talent Acquisition Partner and HR Tech Consultant at Ants Tech Recruiters. Over the years, I have gotten the opportunity to collaborate with many different clients and roles, which has given me broad experience working with recruitment and HR in the tech industry. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, I work with end-to-end recruitment and have overall responsibility for the recruitment process and client dialogue at both an operational and strategic level. I am involved in developing processes and strategies in areas such as candidate experience, data-driven recruitment, management support, employer branding and other HR-related activities.My role as an HR Tech Consultant involves helping companies with HR analytics, Employee Lifecycle, Leadership, Strategic Recruitment, Digital HR or Employer Brand.I'm involved in several internal projects at Ants.
