Worked on Transitional Sheltering Assistance (TSA) Scheduling, Voluntary Agency Liaison (VAL) Situation Reports, Voluntary Organizations Active in Disaster (VOAD) trackers, and adding equity analysis to state-wide Parish Profiles.FEMA Headquarters, Field Operation's Directorate's Regional Support Section: Conducted analysis of existing Field Operation's training resources and mechanisms to identify gaps in Regional Field Operations branding, training, and development processes, assisted with the Regional Force Structure Review process for the Environmental and Historic Preservation (EHP) Cadre and Individual Assistance (IA) Cadre leading to additional Personnel Identification Numbers, and built out information infrastructure platforms such as SharePoint Pages and Teams Channels to foster communication and collaboration.
