Digital Experience And Delivery Manager
Current- Leading the continued success of digital experiences delivery across TelstraSuper’s digital platforms- Leading a cross-functional team to drive digital transformation , and ensure alignment with the overarching fund strategy- Identifying and driving opportunities for channel innovation, to deliver operational efficiencies, uplift member experience and implement service improvements- Ensuring best practice UX principles and a continued member-focus approach is maintained, whilst functionality,usability and accessibility is achieved across the digital platforms- Leading the delivery of fund-wide initiatives as a key digital SME, including legislative changes, corporate business plan projects and strategic business initiatives.- Overseeing TelstraSuper’s digital member platforms (including public and secure websites, app) to ensure a quality digital offer.- Owning the digital member platform backlog and associated prioritisation and delivery
