As a Senior Analyst at NSA Media I am responsible for ensuring data accuracy, creating recommendations based on sales, traffic patterns, and demographic profiling to ensure highest level of coverage in the best interest of the client and vendor. We work with all departments within the company to complete projects and urgent issues which come through day to day. As a Senior, I have been tasked with more strenuous projects for our clients. These include anything from recommendations for specific test projects to create highest advertising results to updating all vendors to current data and ensuring that information is correct moving to future events. I work excessively in Excel and other proprietary databases in order to maintain and proof data while also retaining data accuracy in these databases. I am also responsible for delegating, training and reviewing the work done by the analyst working within the team.At NSA Media, I am involved in the VIBE committee, which was formed in support of diversity and inclusion initiatives, as well as collaborating on charity and volunteer initiatives throughout the year. In this group we create ideas to enhance our sense of community while giving back, and having fun while doing it.

I oversee 6-10 employees on a daily basis while distributing responsibilities. Making managerial decisions with employees and assuring customers are leaving the restaurant satisfied. I also provide evaluations for the employees I oversee. With being a student manager, I am responsible for the front of the restaurant and assuring everything is running efficiently, especially during busy hours.

I worked in the Commercial Accounts unit where I completed multiple different projects to help renew lost insured accounts and organize production reports so each underwriter can see which lines of insurance they have written and which are new options to bring in. With this project, it makes finding possible new business much easier for the underwriters on the team and is all in one Excel document for easy access. This tool is new to the insurance industry and was presented to regional leaders, as well as, brokers we work with. I also worked with fellow interns to plan a service event for children in the Chicago Youth Centers. This included organizing marketing materials, multiple stations for the children to rotate through, ordering products for those stations, etc. The service day was a huge success and the children were smiling and very grateful for this fun opportunity they were given.

I worked independently on a project that benefited members in the State Farm Bank who went above and beyond their daily tasks. I was given full reign to work on this project which included keeping track of the employees who completed this extra work with Excel, and ensuring they receive their recognition for going above their regular work. I also organized materials for courses open to the employees of the Bank. With these classes ranging over four weeks, I kept track of attendance and assured there were enough materials for all of the employees attending by using Microsoft Outlook to send out the invitations for these employees. Job shadowing and a minimal PowerPoint project for the Bank Analytic department were also completed with my time at State Farm.

During my time at Aquascape, I entered data daily in an Excel document, reviewed and mailed invoices to customers, completed bank reconciliations using bank website and pulling up our specific bank accounts. I also aided another department in organizing and billing our current customers using our specific data system. Aquascape, Inc. holds multiple different patents, and I helped creating payment schedules for various patents for future employees to use and ensure these are being paid on time. While there, I also assisted in different events and tasks around the company for the multiple different events they organize every year.

I helped customers find the products they needed depending on the problems they were having with their pools, while working the cash register and being responsible for the financials that I worked with daily. I used our water test system to perform tests on customers water in order to see which products they need, or to ensure they are doing things correctly. I, also, wrote up tickets for employees who dropped of machinery which needed maintenance.
