I’m an entrepreneur and creative leader with expertise in artisan collaboration, ethical production, and values-driven business practices. In 2013, I founded MINNA, a mission-driven home goods brand rooted in traditional craft techniques and contemporary design. Partnering with over 400 artisans across Latin America, I’ve built an ethical supply chain that preserves craftsmanship, fosters equitable relationships, and promotes sustainability.As founder and CEO, I lead all aspects of the business, including creative direction, marketing, and finance. My work bridges design, commerce, and social impact, focusing on creating thoughtfully designed products that reflect our values. In 2021, I guided MINNA’s B Corp certification, further solidifying our commitment to social and environmental responsibility.Before founding MINNA, I worked as a digital designer and art director at Area 17, Red Antler, and Huge, where I developed branding and digital design solutions for clients such as Google, TOMS, AMC, and Waterworks. This experience shaped my approach to storytelling, user experience, and creative strategy, which remain central to my work today.
