Every day is different and it's hard to know what to expect. As the sole UXer on the team, it can be daunting and hard to get everything done, but every day I make a difference.The programs I have designed and helped deploy are in front of millions. We've helped reduce no show rates, late cancellations, and anxiety in simple and clear language. I spend a great deal of time trying to understand where patients and families and caregivers are at in their journeys so I can help our team come up with programs that are meaningful and useful. I am a researcher, designer, consultant, content strategist, and more.
