About Sara Brooks-Glover

Hi, I'm Sara! I am the extremely proud wife of an active-duty United States Marine, and our constantly-moving lifestyle has become my greatest professional strength. Life with a Marine has taught me how to adapt to any place and anything, how to make an impact in a short amount of time, and to always seek hope as a solution to challenge. And it has taught me, most of all, that I love to help others. My greatest gifts are empathy, intuition, and kindness; and this design has allowed me to thrive even when life takes me out of my comfort zone.Those strengths also led me to Squared Away, a company founded and led by a fellow Military Spouse, and helped me find purpose in my community. I started as a Chief Executive Assistant in 2019, led our Finance team from 2020 to 2024, and most recently took over as Director of Operations in August 2024. I am grateful to be part of an organization with a mission to end Military Spouse unemployment, and I am endlessly proud of our team and their incredible achievements. But, if I may be honest, the most important work that I do happens outside of my professional life, and is represented by the time that Squared Away creates for me as an individual and also for each of my teammates. It’s the hours I spend with my daughter and my husband, the flights I take across the country to visit my parents, the trail rides through the desert and the quiet time spent in the barn with my horse, the sunrise hikes to my favorite grove of teddy bear chollas in Joshua Tree National Park, the books I read, the dinners I enjoy with my friends, and every moment of my life wherein I can simply lean into joy and presence. Time is the most precious resource to me and it is my primary focus – how to use it thoughtfully, how to share it with others, and how to create more for the people and things that we love.If you align with me and would like to connect, please feel welcome to reach out!
