GBAPP INC.'s HIV Department has grants from various government agencies. I manages the data for GBAPP INC.'s HIV Prevention Department through the use of many different data collection programs. I create custom reports and analyze client data using the Health Resources and Services Administration's (HRSA) Careware program for our Ryan White Program. This allows for us to keep track of clients' adherence to HRSA's HIV/AIDS Bureau's Performances Measures. I have also used the Prevention Management Reporting and Training System for our Substance and Mental Health Administration (SAMHSA) Odyssey Program with the University of Bridgeport. I currently use the Center for Disease Control's Evaluation Web to organize the agency's Counseling and Testing data through the Connecticut Department of Public Health. I use Microsoft Access to create queries for reports that help the agency reach our client goals for all of our programs.

Worked as a tutor with ELL students using sheltered English strategies with the aid of the Literacy Component of the Apex Leaning website and other online educational resources at Central High School.

As a paraprofessional I worked with a certified TESOL teacher to teach English to the students in James Curiale School in Bridgeport, Connecticut. I create lesson plans for groups that I taught for students in Kindergarten through Fifth grade. I also helped students in Sixth through Eighth grade with classwork from other courses. I also assisted in lunch duty and other tasks assigned to me from the principal.
