CurrentAs Vice President of Operations at SalesRoads, I work with an an extensive team of Sales and Operations professionals to build successful customized lead development and appointment setting programs for our clients. I oversee two branches of our organization: Program Management, which is comprised of the Directors of Client Success and their department of Talent Development Managers, Strategic Optimization Specialists, and Sales Development Reps, and Sales Operations, comprised of the Director of Sales Operations, her Sales Operations Managers, and an extensive team of specialists in lead development, reporting, IT, etc. I collaborate regularly with Upper Management and the CEO to analyze business performance and lead projects aimed at enhancing company culture, growth, and profitability. I also develop and lead trainings for the ongoing development for the management team and sales staff.
