Connecting people and creating safe spaces where people can show up authentically is my specialty. I have a track record of building community in the spaces I exist, making it my mission to cultivate belonging and help others see & be their full potential. I am empathetic, encouraging, an advocate, and think kindness is always appropriate.I love to put pieces together, solve problems, think strategically, and drive results. As a Senior Program Manager supporting BECU's Digital & Member Experience division, I leverage these strengths and can be counted on to deliver quality results and outcomes. I ensure all key players are at the table and are heard, creating a space for collaboration, providing guardrails, and generally wrangling the chaos. I am curious, love to ask questions, uncover hidden needs, and am always learning. With a history in Learning & Development and my passion for equity and inclusion, I am cognizant and mindful of how others show up, honoring them and their experiences.
