In this role, I manage outreach efforts for our nine market sectors, four disciplines, and two brands, translating strategic plans to actionable marketing initiatives to support the firm’s corporate revenue growth plan. I have developed marketing strategy and implemented new processes around awards submissions and events, aligning resources to increase efficiencies. To optimize brand presence within the community, the firm participates in small-scale internal culture building events to attending and presenting at national conferences. Seven Black Fridays later, I decided it was time to pursue something that would let me flex my creative muscle a little more.
