Mentored 6 specific pledges throughout a 10 week new member education curriculum that is designed to develop and strengthen professionalism, brotherhood, and philanthropy. Narrowed down a pool of 180+ candidates to ~20 pledges over a 6 day recruitment week. Supported and oversaw the professional growth of the ~20 pledges during the 10 week new member education curriculum.

Performed administrative and personnel duties, including maintaining all employee office and work hours, quarterly and biweekly reports, annual budget requests for the budget allocation, and organizing special events for the whole of ASUW.Acted as a Hiring Chair for various committees, and lead the Hiring process for over 60 employee positions.Sat on the Personnel Committee of ASUW, answering budgetary and non-budgetary change requests.

Analyzed algorithms on collaborative filtering (CF), specifically through recommender systems.Interpreted data using content-based, demographic-based, knowledge-based, utility-based, and hybrid methods. Researched CF history and concepts, as well as its uses and shortcomings in modern day online businesses.
