Promote company through social media (blog, multiple social media outlets, including optimization for mobile), produce press releases and other PR materials, create and proofread/edit company advertising, coordinate events such as open houses, manage some internal communications, train new staff on some office procedures, manage newsletter database and produce potential client e-mailings, use design programs to create promotional materials, help organize and keep office running smoothly, use a variety of computer programs to process real estate transactions, use a multi-line phone system, disseminate leads. Requires a mastery of Microsoft Office programs Word, Powerpoint, Publisher, Access, Excel, and Outlook.Some IT work as necessary.
