• Develop and manage effective communications initiatives consistent with business goals and strategies.• Develop and implement effective and measurable communication strategies and processes that provide timely, useful information to employees.• Manage internal employee website processes including researching, writing and editing all written material, posting content on the UPS Go app and UPSers.com intranet.• Develop and implement the district's social media strategy to align with key business priorities.• Manage and respond to media inquiries and requests.• Supervise the creation and publishing of print and electronic media including research, editing, graphic selection and design.• Oversee and approve the use of the UPS brand.
